Fl. forming a double triangle, 99 mm wide, opening yellow with buff undertones, becoming pale yellow with white at base of perianth segments and corona; perianth segments broadly ovate, shouldered at base, blunt, with whitish mucro, a little reflexed, concave at apex, smooth, membranaceous, overlapping one-third to a half; the inner segments more nearly spreading, scarcely mucronate; corona funnel-shaped, smooth, mouth flared and wavy, with rim broadly crenate.
