Fl. 110 mm wide, rounded; perianth segments ovate, vivid yellow, spreading, plane, with margins wavy, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower; corona funnel-shaped, smooth, darker in tone than the perianth segments, mouth ribbed, expanded, frilled, with rim rolled and dentate.
