Fl. 105mm wide; perianth segments 46mm long, broadly ovate in outline, rounded at apex, prominently mucronate, white, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments significantly narrower, shouldered at base, slightly truncate, not noticeably mucronate; corona 16mm long, bowl-shaped, smooth, brilliant yellow, with a band of reddish orange at rim, mouth straight, wavy and irregularly lobed, with rim crenate and split and overlapping in places.
