Arno Kroon has been hybridizing new Daffodils since 1990, beginning as a hobby and now professionally. He has many contacts with breeders from the Netherlands and the UK.

In cooperation with the Wageningen University, a special breeding program was started.

In 2005 Arno, contacted three bulb growers from Holland to participate in the breeding program and to professionalize the breeding and selection of daffodils.

The company Narveco was launched in 2011 from this breeding program.

Fl. 100mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in several whorls, yellow, creased and of membranaceous substance; the outer whorls roundish in outline, very broad, truncate, scarcely mucronate, spreading, plane, overlapping half or more; the inner whorls successively shorter, more inflexed and somewhat clustered towards the centre, concave or folded inwards along midrib, with margins incurling; the corona segments three-quarters the length of the outer perianth segments and interspersed among the inner perianth whorls, strong pink, lightly frilled or crumpled, with margins crenate. Early to mid-season.
