Fl. forming a double triangle, 117 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, scarcely mucronate, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments more narrowly ovate; corona somewhat funnel-shaped, opening creamy white, becoming white with maturity, smooth at base, loosely ribbed in upper half, mouth straight, lightly frilled, with rim more or less entire.
