Fl. 102 mm wide; perianth segments broadly or very broadly ovate, blunt, only very slightly mucronate, vivid yellow spreading or somewhat inflexed, concave or with margins incurling at apex, overlapping half; inner segments more narrowly ovate, inflexed with margins slightly wavy; corona cylindrical, smooth, slightly brighter in tone than the perianth, with mouth ribbed and widely expanded, rim flanged, notched and crenate.
