Fl. forming a double triangle, 101mm wide; perianth segments 41mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, prominently mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins a little incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base, truncate, scarcely mucronate; corona 12mm long, cup-shaped, smooth, mouth a little expanded, frilled, with rim minutely crenate.
