Fl. rounded, 87mm wide; perianth segments 32mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, prominently mucronate, white, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower; corona 15mm long, bowl-shaped, smooth, deep orange, with a band of bright yellow at base, mouth flared, frilled and irregularly lobed, with rim entire.
