Fl. rounded, 107 wide; perianth and other petaloid segments very broadly roundish, bright yellow, concave, with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; the outer whorl spreading; the inner whorls inflexed; corona segments dark red, with margins lobed and frilled. Sweetly scented.
