Fl. forming a double triangle, 98mm wide; perianth segments 40mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base, less prominently mucronate; corona 39mm long, funnel-shaped, smooth, mouth expanded, very lightly ribbed, wavy and irregularly lobed, with rim flanged and crenate.
