Fl. forming a double triangle, 115 mm wide; perianth segments ovate, rounded at apex, vivid yellow plane, with margins incurling, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; the inner segments narrower; corona cup-shaped, smooth, orange-red, with mouth lobed and frilled.
