Fl. forming a double triangle, 115 mm wide; perianth segments very broadly ovate, acute, vivid yellow, spreading, plane, velvet smooth and of great substance, overlapping half; the inner segments only a little narrower; corona cylindrical, lightly ribbed, orange-yellow, with mouth lightly flared, rim flanged and crenate.
