Fl. 115mm wide, facing upwards; perianth segments 40mm long, ovate, blunt, yellow with white mucro, spreading, plane or a little wavy, creased and of membranaceous substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower; corona 30mm long, funnel-shaped, ribbed, mouth straight and heavily frilled, with rim notched.
