Fl. 85mm wide, facing downwards; perianth segmentsv36mm long, ovate, blunt, white, flushed pale greenishvyellow at base and extending in narrowing rays along perianth, reflexed, plane or with margins a little incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower; corona 12mm long, bowl-shaped, ribbed, strong yellow, becoming yellowish orange towards rim, mouth expanded, strongly ribbed, wavy to lightly frilled, deeply lobed, with rim minutely crenate.
