Fl. rounded, 100 mm wide; perianth segments very broadly ovate in outline, rounded or truncate at apex, very slightly mucronate, brilliant yellow, spreading or a little reflexed, plane, smooth, regular, overlapping half; inner segments narrower, more usually spreading; corona very shallow bowl-shaped, ribbed, brighter than vivid yellow and deeper in tone than the perianth, with a broad and clearly-defined band of bright orange-red at rim, mouth expanded, a little frilled, rim minutely crenate. Slightly scented. Resembles ‘Perimeter’ but with a more rounded flower.
