Fl. 70 mm diameter; perianth segments broadly ovate in outline, blunt or squarish at apex, prominently mucronate, between yellowish white and a creamier tone, a little reflexed, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrowly ovate, scarcely mucronate, nearly spreading, with margins wavy; corona split to base, the six segments one-third to a half as long as the perianth segments and closely overlying them, opening brilliant yellow, becoming light yellow-brown, maturing to pale pink, very deeply bi-lobed, with margins ragged.
