20-34mm diameter; star-shaped, clear, bright, yellow, and facing up; petals are acute, spreading, plan, with margins wavy, and smooth heavy substance and separated; cup funnel-shaped, flared, ribbed, mouth is wavy, and rim is notched. Sweetly scented. Leaves are grass-like, deep green and grow to 4-5 inches.
