Fl. forming a double triangle, 111mm wide; perianth segments 45mm long, broadly ovate, truncate, mucronate, white, slightly reflexed, plane or with margins a little incurved, smooth and of membranaceous substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, spreading, shouldered at base, less prominently mucronate; corona 25mm long, split to more than half its length, the six segments each closely overlying a perianth segment, forming an outer and an inner whorl of three, almost as broad as the inner perianth segments, bi-lobed, with lobes overlapping, pinkish yellow, with a broad band of light pink at rim, lightly ribbed and frilled. Strongly scented. Sunproof.
