Fl. forming a double triangle, 82 mm diameter; perianth segments very broadly ovate, shouldered at base, blunt and mucronate at apex, greenish white, with vivid yellow at base, spreading, concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; the inner segments slightly narrower; corona bowl-shaped, ribbed, vivid yellow, with moderate yellowish green at base and orange-red at rim, mouth straight, frilled, with rim flanged and dentate. Sweetly scented.
