Perianth segments very broad in outline, rounded or squarish at apex, fairly prominently mucronate, pale orange-yellow, spreading, overlapping half; the inner segments shouldered at base, inflexed, with margins wavy and incurving; corona disc-shaped, deeply and closely ribbed, deep orange, mouth 6-lobed, rim minutely dentate.

According to White Flower Farm 1972 catalog: “The petals, believe it or not, are apricot in color; the strong, frilled cup a very deep matching shade. This is probably the first new color break in Narcissi in the past 25 years. A small cup.”
