Fls 3-5 per stem; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, prominently mucronate, sulfur yellow, spreading, overlapping 1/3 to 1/2; inner segments a little inflexed, margins wavy; corona shallow, expanded, closely ribbed, bright orange, with a variable extent of green at base and sometimes with a darker tone of orange at rim, frilled. perianth fades to very pale yellow; cup is orange in some areas, GYO in others.
