Fl. 5mm band of deep red surrounds green-based cup; 100mm wide, rounded; perianth segments broadly or very broadly ovate, blunt or truncate, sightly mucronate, spreading, plane, smooth, good substance, overlapping half; inner segments creased, notched and shouldered at base; cup is bowl-shaped, loosely ribbed, brilliant yellow with a broad band of O-R at rim, mouth a little frilled, rim irregularly notched and obscurely crenate. Resembles 'Interim' but with the cup rim darker in color or 'Audubon' with the rim lighter.
