Lee and Julie Martin30mm wide; vivid yellow in color; perianth segments lanceolate, acute, slightly inflexed, slightly twisted, opens green-yellow with back of segment is green; corona is funnel-shaped, mouth is even and rim is entire; flower stem 3cm.
Jon Kawaguchi, notable bulbocodium grower in the San Francisco area, received it from Tony Goode of Norwich, UK Fall 2007. There were two bulbocodiums that won a Farrer Medal. Both by Lee Martin. One is called Lee Martin or Lee Martin’s Farrer and another one that Tony Goode gave to Lee Martin, Jon named it Tony Goode’s Farrer to distinguish it from Lee Martin or Lee Martin’s Farrer.
