Fl. clear rich lemon yellow; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, with very slight white mucro, spreading, plane, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, square-shouldered at base, inflexed, with margins incurved and slightly wavy; corona funnel-shaped, slightly darker in tone than the perianth, with mouth slightly expanded and a little frilled, rim notched and crenate. Resembles a larger-flowered ‘Arctic Gold’ of paler color.
