Fl. 90mm wide, facing slightly downwards; perianth segments 36mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, lemon yellow, somewhat reflexed, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, less prominently mucronate; corona 40mm long, cylindrical, smooth, buffish yellow, becoming white at extreme maturity, mouth flared, ribbed, lightly frilled, with rim dentate.
