The color is intense to its expanding corona of trumpet character. The perianth quality is more suited for the garden but can be shown. Petals are overlapping. Poise is good.
When first seen by daffodil expert Jason Delaney, his mouth opened so wide, Dr. Reed thought his jaw would drop off, hence the name Jaw Breaker.
