Blooms in autumn; perianth opens greenish white; Fls 4-6 per stem, star-shaped, 70 mm wide; perianth segments reflexed, plane or very slightly twisted, smooth and of good substance, separated; the inner segments narrower; cup is bowl-shaped, ribbed, strong yellow-green, mouth expanded and lobed, with rim entire. Strongly sweet-scented.
