Fl. forming a double triangle, 95 mm wide; perianth segments ovate, blunt, mucronate, greenish white, a little reflexed, concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments slightly narrower; corona disc-shaped, ribbed, vivid yellow, with yellow-green at base, shading to a darker tone at rim, mouth straight, frilled, lobed, with rim dentate. Strongly scented.
