Fl. forming a double triangle, 110mm wide; perianth segments 45mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, pale yellow, deepening at maturity, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; corona 12mm long, bowl-shaped, smooth, yellow, with a narrow band of yellow-orange at rim, mouth slightly expanded, narrowly ribbed, a little wavy, with rim crenate.
