Fl. forming a double triangle, 116mm wide; perianth segments 45mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, prominently mucronate, pale yellow, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, less prominently mucronate; corona 30mm long, funnel-shaped, smooth, pink, narrowly flared, a little wavy and irregularly lobed, with rim crenate.
