Fls. large; perianth segments oblong, acute, sulfur yellow, spreading, with margins wavy, separated; corona cylindrical, short, dark yellow, with a faint tinge of orange in a narrow band at rim. Probably a hybrid between N. hispanicus var. propinquus and one or other of the two taxa named calathinus.  Absorbed ‘Queen Mab’.
